Jessica Biel's exercise routines are full body workouts which involve elongated movements which work more than a single muscle group. Often, her strength workouts also provide a cardio stimulation and lead to accelerated fat burning. For instance, one of her favorite exercises is the lunge walk which works all parts of the legs and buttocks, but also provides a cardio stimulation. One other exercises she does: Plyometrics which involve jumping up stairs 2 at a time, starting with step #1 landing at 3, then 5, then 7 and so on, is one of the hardest exercises to do which works the legs, but also gets you panting and sweating profusely.

Her weight training is focused on many reps per session and the idea is to keep her lean, not bulk her up. Throughout her weight training she attempts to move as much as possible and so increase her fat burning process.

This type of workout is broken down into three sets of cardio routines lasting ten minutes each: one session of 10-minute abdominal work and two 10-minute full body-toning circuits. On top of these, she also did swimming, weight lifting, and treadmill exercises at home.

Her secret: Apart from a strictly monitored diet and regular exercise that burns up more than 500 calories per day, Jessica Alba also wore a girdle to put her tummy back in form. According to her, she got the idea from a friend who wore a girdle after birth even during sleep, and showed amazing results. A few weeks after giving birth, her friend's six pack abs were already showing.

The rest of the sugar is stored as fat. Amazingly, the body can store thousands of grams of fat. And ladies are more efficient at storing fat than their male counterparts. Jessica Simpson may be eating the same thing as the football star, but Jessica is the one gaining all that weight.

Instead of indulging her carb cravings, Jessica has traded pasta and bread for tuna, chicken and vegetables. She also added more water intake, therefore alleviating any water retention she may have had. In addition, Jessica Simpson is probably doing the same high intensity interval training cardio workout that got her into shape for those daisy dukes. These sweaty, labor intensive cardio sessions can strip any body of their fat. She most likely does cardio 5 - 6 times a week for forty five minutes to an hour to get back into great shape. There's a reason why Brad Pitt left Jennifer Aniston, and that reason is named Angelina Jolie. But even four years after the fact, there are still many - particularly those in Camp Aniston - who still question Brad's judgment.

So why did Brad Pitt fall for the charms of Angelina? Why is she a paparazzi favorite? Why is she every man's fantasy and the very woman that every female in the planet wants to be?

The Superior Genes

Born Angelina Jolie Voight to documentary producer Marcheline Bertrand and actor Jon Voight, she definitely inherited the best of both sides. Her father is of German-Slovak descent, while her mother was French-Canadian with a little bit of Iroquois, which is said to have been manifested in Angelina's infamous exoticness. Angie has a face that is an almost complete replica of her mother's, albeit enhanced by her father's cherubic countenance.

Angelina is probably best known for her full lips. Although rumors of cosmetic surgery in that area have circulated for as long as she's been in the limelight, none of them have ever been substantiated. She is tall, very statuesque, and thin with a physique that is to die for and one that seems to be tailor-made for Hollywood. Presently, she doesn't bear any sign of having given birth to twins fairly recently.

The Attitude and the Tattoos

Probably not a week goes by that there's no new Angelina story uncovered by the press. In the early days of both her life and her career, she was quite the wild child. As a 14-year-old, she aspired to become a funeral director, wore nothing about black, and dyed her hair purple. Around this time, she was already living with her then boyfriend and spent her time moshing.

In 1996, she married actor Jonny Lee Miller in black rubber pants and a white t-shirt with his name written on it using her blood. They eventually divorced and married actor Billy Bob Thornton in 2000. Throughout the marriage, they both wore vials of each other's blood around their necks. In 2005, she became part of a much publicized scandal when it became known that she was the reason for the Pitt-Aniston breakup. The rest, as they say, is history.

Apart from her tumultuous love life, her relationship with her estranged father was also very widely talked about. A kiss shared with her brother the night she won an Academy Award fueled speculations of an incestuous relationship, which she refused vehemently.

Angie doesn't have an agent or a publicist. She's always very outspoken in interviews and very open about her sexual preferences. It is, indeed, no wonder that she's Hollywood's favorite bad girl. And if people aren't talking about her antics, they're talking about the new Angelina Jolie tattoo.

Angelina sports numerous tattoos on various parts of her body. Much to the public's delight, she has absolutely no qualms about baring her body on-screen, so her tattoos are, more often than not, a common fixture on most of her films. She currently has 13 and has had laser removal on at least 3.

The Raw Talent

Probably the most defining thing about Angelina is not the fact that she's practically showbiz royalty, or even that she's drop-dead gorgeous. It's the fact that she's actually a very talented actress.

Although she's been constantly typecast in "bad girl" roles from the early days of her career until the present, she's actually had a rather impressive number of critically-acclaimed roles. She won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar in 1999 for her role as Lisa Rowe in Girl, Interrupted, and was recently nominated for a Best Actress Oscar for her role in Changeling. She's also had several Emmy Award nominations and various Golden Globe wins.

Indeed, such talent proves that estranged or not, Angelina is definitely her father's daughter!

The Mighty Heart

Without a doubt, Angelina Jolie is one of the most recognized humanitarian celebrities there is. After filming Tomb Raider in Cambodia, she joined the UNHCR and has since visited refugee camps around the world regularly.

In 2002, she adopted Cambodian-born Maddox. Three years later, she and Brad adopted a baby girl, Zahara, from Ethiopia. In 2007, she once again opened her home to another little boy, this time from Vietnam, who she named Pax.

Along with her biological children with Brad, Shiloh and the twins Knox and Vivienne, Angelina is currently the mother of 6 children - and she has no plans of stopping there. Not only that, both she and Brad started the Jolie/Pitt Foundation in 2006 as aid for children affected by conflict.

Indeed, there is every reason to love Angelina, and no reason not to. Not only has she captured the heart of the world's most beautiful man, she has also captivated the rest of the world with her beauty, style, and compassion. Angelina Jolie is beyond special - she's one-of-a-kind.
